Cylindrical roller bearing 

Cylindrical roller bearings are commonly separable and easy to mount and dismount. They can be divided into single row, double row and muti-row cylindrical roller bearings. The widely used bearings are cylindrical roller bearings with cage. There are single or double row bearings with a full complement of roller and other bearing arrangements. Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial load carrying capacity and are also suitable for high speeds.Cylindrical roller bearings are used on horizontal motors where high radial loads are present. Although equivalent in size to conrad ball bearings, cylindrical bearings have a lower speed limit and are only available as open type bearings.

 Spherical roller bearings

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers, which are mainly used to bear radical load as well as a certain axial load. This kind of bearings has high radial load capacity and is especially suitable for heavy load and vibration. But they can not afford pure axial load. Spherical roller bearings have good aligning performance and could compensate concentricity error.

 

 

Tapered Roller bearing

Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to afford joint load with mainly radial load, while large cone angle tapered roller bearings could be used to afford joint load with axial load. This type of bearings is separate bearing, and its inner race (with roller and cage) and outer race could be installed individual. We could adjust its radial clearance and axial clearance during the process of assembly and using.

 

 

 

Needle bearing

 The roller of needle bearings is thin and long, which makes the radical structure compact, when its inner race dimension and load capacity are the same to the other bearings, its outer race is the smallest, so it is especially suitable for those parts with restricted dimensions. We could use different bearing or needles and cages in different places, then, Journal surface and Shell hole surface could be used as the inner and outer rolling surface. To ensure the load capacity and operating performance being the same to the ring bearings, the hardness of the surface of roller shaft and housing bore, processing accuracy and surface quality should be similar to the bearing ring race, and this kind of bearings is just used to afford radial load

 

 Liner roller bearing

 Liner bearings could only used in the rail axis, doing axial reciprocating motion, which can not rotate. Small allowable load, light weight, flexible, high precision and low price is the features of this kinds bearings. The normal liner bearings are used widely in machine tools, measurement and control devices. The gap of LB~AJ series is adjustable, which are used in the place where they need to adjust the gap. While LB~OP series are used in the place where they need several pieces of guide shaft bearings. The friction of the steel ball is minimal, which makes it could achieve high smooth movement. Liner bearings are widely used in electronic equipment, tensile test machine and digital three-dimensional coordinating measuring equipment, precision equipment and multi-axis drilling machine.
